Location was close to many resturants etc, very clean.
Carpets were stained.
This hotel was very comfortable to stay at. The only complaint that can even be called a complaint is the stains on the carpet. When we arrived at our room our free internet didn't work and they immediately switched us to another room that was almost identical to the one we left. The shower had wonderful pressure and the hot water was limitless. The beds were very comfortable (we got a room with 2 twins) and the pillows, sheets etc were amazingly soft. Every morning a continental breakfast is offered and includes yummy items such as bacon and scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffles etc. We didn't use the pool but appeared clean and in good condition. The elevator worked fine as well as the key cards. Overall this hotel was very well priced and we enjoyed it very much. read more

Breakfast and free internet in lobby.
Room odor, broken furniture, broken pool, missing remote controls and overpriced.
Hotel claims to be non-smoking now but the former smoking rooms have clearly not been cleaned. When a hotel becomes totally smoke-free the former smoking rooms need to be painted, re-carpeted and the furniture replaced. This hotel simply removed the ashtrays. Our room also had broken furniture and missing TV remote controls. When I asked for a new remote from front desk, the batteries were dead. Pool was also closed. read more

Nice rooms, comfortable, large, friendly staff, quiet hours at night - mandatory! Great!
The first room assigned to us was not cleaned at all. Bad news. The second room had no towels.
This used to be the Wilson Inn in Baton Rouge. Comfort Suites bought it and renovated it. They did a great job. The place is pretty, centrally located, and has a very friendly and accommodating staff. They need to overhaul their cleaning staff, but other than that, it's a great place for a great price. Yes, we'd go back.

Good sized, clean rooms, excellent staff.
Nice, clean, big rooms with attractive furnishings. Staff went out of their way to be accomodating (Karen) was awesome. Great included breakfast such as Belgian waffles you make yourself in the iron, clean, sparkling, plenty of parking.

Big room with kitchenette.
No services, fake amenities, terrible breakfast, hard bed, cheap pillows, expensive.
The Comfort Suites has a couple of positives. The room is nice and large, and there is a functional kitchenette in the room. There is a small workout room. That's about it. As for the negatives, there are a plethora of them. The bathroom is tiny. The wallpaper was coming off in our room. The pool exists but is small and out in the open parking lot, with little or no privacy. The picnic area is a big cement slab with an unused table on it - no chairs. The basketball court is another slab with poles and no goals. The guest services button on the room phones doesn't work, since there are no guest services. There are no in-room movies to be ordered. Breakfast consisted of cold biscuits wrapped in saran wrap, bland box-batter waffles, terrible coffee, etc. The bed in the room is hard, the pillows no bigger (or better) than shoeboxes. read more

Very friendly & helpful employees. Great continental breakfast.
The swimming pool is too small & dirts with leaves.
The only thing I would probably change is the color of the hallways and door. Green seems to be more of a drab color. They need to have an upbeat color the enhance the travelers moods.
