Super comfortable beds.
Check-out on last day. No clerk available, threw key on desk & left.

Front desk clerk was excellent. She went above and beyond. Called hotel, because map quest's directions stunk. She stayed on the phone with directions until we had found the hotel. She was the best.

Accodamated request for exra towels and amenities; good breakfast.
Provided extra amenities except for extra pillows; 2 wafffle machines would have been nice.

Easy to find, very comfortable room, slept very good. Gave extended time for checkout on request.

I love the look of the hotel. I was able to meet new people in the lobby. The staff was aways attentive to my needs.
I wanted eggs for breakfast.

The marine that came in was able to assist us and give good directions and time information. It was extremely surprising to have my needs met.

Beds were soft, room was in good condition, staff were friendly.

Overall very good experience I would stay here again. I was a bit disappointed in the room size - I selected a room described as a suite. The room did have two beds and a pull out couch as described, but did not have the space/separate room type areas I expected based on the description.

Fairly new and clean.
The air conditioner/heater was right next to the bed and every time it came on it woke us up with the noise and wind blowing across our faces.

The air conditioner/heater is too close to the bed. Most other Comfort Suites/Hotels we've stayed in have the air conditioner/heater unit at the foot of the bed and further away from the side of the bed.

Nice arrangement of the room/ bathroom.
The in room coffee maker didn't work.

A nice place to stay, convenient to restaurant and shopping. The morning breakfast was adequate.
