The award winning Comfort Suites at Biltmore Mall and Estate has been fully remodeled in 2008 offering whirlpool suites. Hotel offers discount Biltmore Estate tickets and free full hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits/gravy, hot waffles and more. Many fine restaurants and lounges on site. All rooms are large suites and have free wireless high-speed Internet, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and iron/board. Free business center. Coin laundry, seasonal heated pool with mountain view, fitness center, newspaper and evening cookies. Tour group friendly. All Comfort Suites are smoke free. Pet accommodation: 20.00/night per pet. Nice location and friendly staff.
Elevator was broken for days and no compensation offered for inconvenience.

This hotel overall was a nice place for the money. The breakfast was good and it is a family friendly hotel and it was clean. The only disappointment was the elevator was broken for 3 of the 4 days that I was there and no form of compensation was made for that major inconvenience.
