The front desk were friendly and helpful and my room was lovely, clean and comfortable.
It's not in Paris.
From beginning to the end of my stay the staff were delightful. Our breakfast was delicious and hot!! My room was so comfy and clean!

Room interior was dark, old, stained carpet, smelled musty.
I would not have spent the regular nightly rate on this hotel. If I had not named my own price I would have stayed some place else or checked out after the first night. The room was very dark, carpet was old and stained. Also the room smelled musty, peeling wall paper. There are alternative hotels in the same area and star level that are in better shape. The only pluses are the main areas of the hotel were well maintained, there is free wireless internet in room and also a hot breakfast in the morning. Location was near by meeting.
Bathroom had stains. Remote control did not work, wireless internet was unreliable.
Would not recommend the hotel. It did not meet my expectations for cleanliness, amenities, or value.

Business center was a bust, neither printer worked. The gym did not have its own air conditioner and it was way to hot in there to work out.

The cleaning staff stole my jacket and management lied about it.
Nice hotel. I would never recommend this hotel location due to the fact the cleaning staff stole my jacket and lied to the management about it. I will spread the word for my people in my company to stay away from this hotel location and very possibly chain. Also my phone was never fixed! It was broken the entire time!

Very comfortable and convenient location. Metro stations are about 10 minutes away by car. Free parking and hot breakfast in the morning.
Improve the breakfast menu - use low-fat sausage links.
Very nice and reasonable hotel for families. Hot breakfast with a waffle maker added a nice welcome each morning. Free coffee and tea is available throughout the day. Ruby Tuesday restaurant across the street offers a nice and reasonable family restaurant option.
