Comfort Suites Chattanooga

Ok for an overnight stay but I would not recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel was runed down and they where evidently short staffed. Within 20 mins of arriving I informed the front desk that our toilet was broken and the room smelled dirty and wasn't very clean. Even the bedding was dirty and we where afraid to sit on the sofa because it was stained and smelled. I was told that he had fixed the toilet himself and he would go spray Freebreeze, we went out for the afternoon and when we returned for the night he hadn't freshened our room at all, instead handed me a can of dollar store flower air freshener as we returned. To make it worse I awoke to the toilet flooding half of our room. So not only did we have a nasty room that made it nastier. They offered us a dirty room to shower in that other guest had just left. read more

Comfortable and accommodating. Nice to have a small fridge, even a microwave in the room. A very nice complimentary breakfast included, but the seating there was very limited; had to take our donuts, etc back to out room. Very comfy bed!

would stay here again, breakfast was pleasant and workers were very friendly.

The hotel staff was great, the breakfast was good but people were on top of each other trying to get it. They needed more room. The pool area was not as clean as I would have liked, the room was very accommodating. The location was probably my biggest issue, it was in a very dirty and run down part of town and I was worried about my vehicle being parked around the side of the building. I also did not care too much for having only one entrance into the hotel itself. For safety reasons it was great but no very accommodating. read more

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no bedspread on the bed, just a fitted sheet, top sheet, blanket then another sheet. Weird. The sheets were stained, but they changed them when we asked them to. Things were moderately clean, but the smell was awful. Wouldn't stay there again.

The staff is excellent. We had a little trouble finding the hotel and when we arrived we did not have any milk for the baby. My husband called the front desk and we immediately got milk for the baby.

Generally a clean hotel with a nice morning light breakfast, although it had much activity in a very small area. Rooms were comfortable and the clerks were very polite.
