The pull out couch was awesome!
It was under construction so there wasn't really a lobby and the hotel was all torn up.
Considering the hotel was under massive construction, the staff was very friendly. The extra pullout couch was a definite bonus!

Location downtown was perfect, large room, complimentary hot breakfast.
$ of parking, cheap, old furnishings in room, under renovation.
This hotel is under renovation, lots of dust and noise. Hopefully the rooms will get a makeover, as they were dated.

Efficient friendly staff, cheap room, and clean.
Was unaware of renovations, pool closed, smell of paint fumes. Awful breakfast.

I liked that it was a suite rather than a simple room.
I did not like that it was under renovations while we were there.
This hotel was really nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was really clean and nice. The breakfast was simple but good quality. The only downfall was that the gym and pool were closed due to renovations. Other than that, I recommend it!
