Room had ashes next to bed, shower curtain falling off wall, phones not working.

I really liked the location of the hotel: right off the highway and close to Nationwide Arena, etc.
Our room was not ready when they said it would be. Bugs in the pool. Furniture looks old.

Overall, this hotel was comfortable. I was disappointed that our room was not ready when they said it would be. I was also disappointed with the quality of the rooms furnishings: the hotel itself looks brand new, but the furniture in the room was in poor condition. The pool was very nice, however there were bugs floating in it. I will say, however, that our room was clean, there was excellent water pressure (seems hard to come by at some hotels), and the continental breakfast was wonderful. read more
