Old style motel with stale smelling room & indoor pool with chlorine smell everywhere & kids yelling at pool.

Terrible property. Will never stay there again or recommend to anyone I care about.

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.
They ran out of complimentary cookies.

If you are going to Crossville or Fairfield Glade this is a very convenient hotel. The staff is excellent and the morning hot breakfast is more than adequate. For the dollar this is about the best value one can get.
