The rooms were clean and it was conveniently located near the airport.
The staff was not clear on how the shuttle worked to the airport - this needs to be explained better to the guests.

This hotel had friendly staff, nice looking room, and a good breakfast.
The blanket on the bed didn't look that clean (the sheets and the rest of the room were fine.) Also, there wasn't any parking in the parking lot.
Not amazing, but a fine place to stay near the Denver airport. Good breakfast, friendly staff, OK but not stellar rooms. Bit of a problem with parking - might be an issue for those with trouble walking. A comfortable nights sleep and a good value for what we paid.

The 2nd staff member was very helpful.
Room was listed as non smoking, it was very Smokey. 1st staff person not willing to change room.
After reserving a non smoking room, we were blasted with the smell of smoke as soon as entering the room. The 1st desk girl, who checked us in, absolutely refused to find a room that was not smokey for my group, my 3 year old daughter, my 75 year old mother, and myself. The 2nd desk girl was very sympathetic & moved us.

The breakfast.
The manager had and still has very poor management skills, hot tub was
not working.
The power went out in the hotel and there was no indication when it would be back on.

Clean room. Convenient to DIA. Friendly staff. Not enough parking for guests. Many cars have to park on side street that is not well lit.
