The rooms were very nice and could accomidate 6 people.
The night staff was not very friendly or helpful. We were fortunate to find a parking space.

The 2nd staff member was very helpful.
Room was listed as non smoking, it was very Smokey. 1st staff person not willing to change room.

After reserving a non smoking room, we were blasted with the smell of smoke as soon as entering the room. The 1st desk girl, who checked us in, absolutely refused to find a room that was not smokey for my group, my 3 year old daughter, my 75 year old mother, and myself. The 2nd desk girl was very sympathetic & moved us.

The beds were extremely comfortable compared to other recent hotel stays.
There is only 1 gas station within 4 miles in either possible direction.

I got about what I expected. I wanted to be close to the airport so as to quickly and easily drop off the rental car and get to the gate. I was impressed with the bed comfort and I like places that offer a full complimentary breakfast buffet. The food however were average and the nearest (and only) gas station nearby was about 4 miles down the road.

Front desk staff was nice and knowledgeable.
No pool and the hot tub were out of order.

Room was adequate. We were only there for a few hours so it served our needs, but I would not choose it if one was going to be spending any time there. They also need to post their parking rules for travelers using an online booking service. To leave a vehicle you must contact them directly at least 1 week before departure. However, they did have access to a park-n-ride facility that worked out quite well. read more
