Walk to the Convention Center, Shea's Performing Arts Center, many restaurants and nightclubs, the HSBC Arena (home of the Buffalo Sabres) and many sporting and concert venues. A short drive to the Buffalo Airport and 20 minutes to Niagara Falls. Enjoy free wireless high-speed internet access throughout the hotel. All rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. We offer a courtesy shuttle from the Buffalo/Niagara Airport, daily from 7:00AM-10:00PM (24 hour notice required). Great breakfast.
Original room had TV missing remote and not connected to cable!

Hotel was fine; they tried to put us in a room with a queen sized bed; then the TV in the living room had no remote, and no cable to connect and no outlet to connect to if a cable showed up.

Lots of space and great location to accommodate a bachelorette party.
Broken lamps, missing wallpaper; the upkeep wasn't the best, but clean.

Overall, a great hotel for accommodating a party of 5 or more people. Plenty of sleeping room and complimentary breakfast in the morning. Close walking distance to local bars and hot spots.

The only thing that
I liked at this hotel is the staff at reception, she was friendly and helpful.
Everywhere in the hotel, it smells pretty bad. No neatness.

Not worth for the money you put. I felt ashamed infront of my family and friends.

The lobby was nice and staff was friendly and helpful.
Rooms and halls look as if they hadn't been remodeled since Regan era.

The Comfort Suites is convenient to Buffalo's downtown nightlife and has helpful friendly staff, but I am not sure I would recommend it. The rooms were spacious and had free Wi-Fi but the appointments were dated. The phone in the bedroom didn't work. The TVs looked like they were 20 years old. The walls and carpets all looked very dated.

Close to night life.
Room was dirty, too expensive.

The hotel was ordered based off of convenience. Rooms were out dated and not very clean. Also we had to change our door swipe cards 5 or 6 times in one evening because they would not stay activated. Front desk manager was showing his frustration with visitors and it did not look good for the company.
