Staff was pleasant and accomodating.
Overall the place was dirty! Do a little spring cleaning once in a while!

Luckily the staff was nice because stained, dirty carpet in the lobby, our room, and hallways was revolting! And good thing
I always pack disinfecting wipes because the toilet had not been cleaned before we got there - questionable dark area on seat. If the toilet isn't clean then are the sheets and blankets and towels clean.

Location was great and had a great restaurant across the street from the hotel. Also within walking distance of Trolley service and other activities. Hotel was clean and staff was OK.

No problems, walking distance to St. George and other downtown attractions. No bar, no restaurant.

Carpet seemed a little dirty, needs a steam cleaning.

Excellent location to downtown attractions. Walking distance to Castillo, Ripley's, Fountain of Youth, and St. George Street. There's an excellent restaurant in a converted old house across the street. Good on-site parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast bar is good but get there early on weekend mornings. Otherwise you may stand in line for a half hour because everyone wants to make their own waffle and there's only one waffle iron. On Monday morning there wasn't a soul in the breakfast area and it was a breeze. The room was nice. Not great but comfortable and clean (except for the carpet it seemed like it needed a good cleaning and I wore my sandals whenever I walked on it). Overall a very positive experience. read more

We waited for 20 minutes before someone acknowledged that we were waiting to check in.

It was clean and ok. I didn’t like the fact I had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to check us in. They the 2 that were working came from a room and their faces were red! Wondering what they were doing!

The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Room was not set up with the right amount of towels or wash rags, no bath towels were provided.

Overall experience was average.

The bathrooms were elegant and the beds were very comfortable.
We should have booked a handicapped room, but, that is not your fault.

It was in an excellent location. The facilities were new and/or updated. The staff was very helpful to find everything we wanted to see in St Augustine. We would definitely return again and stay at your hotel.
