I appreciate having both wireless internet and ethernet ports in the room, wish more hotels did this
The bathrooom was a bit small, but this was not a major problem
The Comfort Suites East is an exceptional hotel for the money. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were just perfect: spacious, well-featured, and did I mention: clean? I particularly appreciate the inclusion of both wireless internet as well as ethernet ports in the rooms: very helpful indeed. The in-room whirlpool was a particularly nice touch as was the large HDTV. I can't recommend them enough, you will not be disappointed with your stay. read more

Queen size beds, large rooms, good continental breakfast.
Bathroom wallpaper peeling, Pool area chairs all rusty.
Good size rooms with comfortable queen beds. Good size bathroom. Friendly staff and good continental breakfast. I did not like the wallpaper in the bathroom which was peeling off and revealing gunk underneath. Indoor pool although small provided good addition (something to do for kids). Pool is chairs need to be replaced as their feet are rusted through. Overall I was very pleased as this hotel ranked better than some higher rated hotels I had stayed in. read more

Very affordable stay at the Comfort Suites There wasn't allot of guests at the hotel which made the stay very quiet.
The parking lot
is very small but that would be about my biggest complaint.
This Comfort Suites is a nice and quiet little hotel in the Knoxville area. The breakfast was wonderful both mornings we were there. It was located not very far from the mall and is very easy to find. The staff kept the dining area very clean and tidy. The beds were pretty comfortable and we enjoyed the small indoor pool they have as well. Overall for the money it was a very wonderful experience. read more

Comfortable bed.
Bathroom wallpaper peeling and bad
TV picture.
Considering the typical hotel in Knoxville this was one of the nicer ones. Not very convenient to downtown due to road construction. Pillows on bed were tiny.

Friendly staff, clean, excellent facilities.
The elevator was really slow.
The W City Center has a great location, just two blocks from the Sears Tower and only 5 or 6 from Millennium Park. The lounge feel in the lobby was great, but they could use a little more leg room so that you don’t feel like you're interrupting when you check in. The room was large and very quiet. The bathroom supplies from bliss were fantastic, and a simple showerhead upgrade to something a little less jet like would have made it one of the best I’ve experienced. I'll look forward to another visit, given the chance. read more

Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.
2nd day of stay, hotel room was not very well attended to.
Overall, this was a good value for the quality of the room and the stay. Only negative is that there is one elevator serving all 4 floors of the hotel.

Clean spacious room with a microwave and refrigerator, convenient location and good value.
In an unattractive area with a bunch of other hotels and chain restaurants.

Breakfast bar was good.
The room divider was undersized.
We made the trip to Knoxville to meet our daughter and our grandchildren. The room was okay -- the room partition was undersized and did not effectively separate the sitting area from the sleeping area. The pool was very small, and my 4 year old grandson was hit in the face by teenagers rough-housing it in the pool. The restaurant outside the hotel was okay, nothing great.

The hotel was clean and the elevator was great. The breakfast was very good.
The hotel was not very well placed adjacent to the Interstate.
We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the hot breakfast. We asked for some tooth paste and it was quickly provided.

Clean and new- next to Starbucks was an added bonus.
The parking lot - not enough parking.
