Liked the clean rooms and quiet.
Vending machines.

Very pleased with our stay here. Clean and quiet for a Friday & Saturday night even had a wedding party staying there.

Spacious, cleanness of the room (and the hallways).
Too close to the airport where you could be woken up by plane taking off in early morning.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located off the major freeway and in a quiet neighborhood. It is entirely smoke free. The room we got is clean, spacious, with a convenient arrangement of the furniture. Beds are comfortable. The room was also provided with internet hook up, microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and iron plus board, things that you do not normally expect to see in a 2-star hotel. The closet is provided with sufficient hangers. Though it is not covered by sliding doors, I find it more practical and convenient. The hotel is very generous in its free continental breakfast; cereals, milk, juices, quite a few choices of bread and pastries. It even provides hot food: hot cereal, bun, egg, & sausages. It was very clean.
The lack of vending machines.

Great hotel I will definately stay at this hotel each time I stay in the New Orleans area. You also don't have to worry about your car in this parking lot it is very secure.

Staff was horrible.

Alarm clock in next room rang for 1 1/2 hrs with no attenion from staff. Unable to reach manager. Staff threatened to call police for absolutely no reason.

Clean and pleasant, staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

Location was close to everything. Staff was very friendly and anything we need was given to us in seconds, very nice to our children and that is a big plus in my book, will stay again if we visit New Orleans Thanks to everyone.

Room set-up - unable to view TV except from the bed.

Most of the staff could not speak English. Room smelled of (someone else's) food every time I entered. Unable to sit and watch TV - had to be in the bed.
