The people at the desk were very kind, the breakfast was great, and the beds slept well.
It met our needs perfectly. With the doors separating the sleeping area from the seating area, those who wanted to stay up later and watch TV did not disturb the ones who wanted to sleep. When traveling to Knoxville, we would definitely stay there again, especially for the price.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was small but very cozy and nice and CLEAN.
The people are at the front desk were nice, but not very helpful when we tired to book another room on our trip back home.
This hotel and room were the best value for the money that we have had in a long time. It was so comfortable and clean and the bed was WONDERFUL. The breakfast was so-so, but the pool was nice and the common areas. It really was a good experience and the hotel that we went to after we left Comfort Suites was so bad...and it was the same price and rating. We loved the Comfort Suites...so much more for your money....it should be a three star!!! read more

Close to the interstate and good hot breakfast.
Breakfast didn't start until 7 on Sunday and we checked out earlier than that.
Comfort Suites was a nice, clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was pretty small but the kids still enjoyed. My only complaint was that breakfast wasn't served until 7 on Sunday morning and we left early to get on the road. I hated to pass up a breakfast I felt like I'd paid for already. Especially since the breakfast was pretty good on Saturday. I'd stay there again though. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. I can't say enough good things about them.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Beautiful suite rooms in a brand new hotel. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Eastern Tennessee area.

The separated suite with French doors was wonderful to have with a baby and a packnplay. We were able to adjust the lights/sounds for baby's needs.
We only saw one staff at the front desk the entire weekend. She obviously could not be at the desk every second. She wasn't when a problem occurred.
Very comfortable and new. Excellent location. Close to shopping and restaurants if needed. We will definitely stay here again if needed.

100% smoke free and brand new.
The pool chemicals were really strong and my daughter's skin ended up breaking out.
This hotel was far above and beyond what I expected. It is brand new and 100% smoke-free. The bedding was luxurious and the divided room with a couch and refrigerator was nice to have with kids. Beautiful bathrooms. Breakfast was nice with pastries, eggs, biscuits, waffles, etc. The indoor pool is heated, but the chemicals were very strong. My daughter's eyes were burning and her skin broke out in a rash from it. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again. read more
