Extremely clean and attractive.
This was a very clean and attractive hotel. It was easy to get to and close to Sevierville and other towns including Gatlinburg.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I found it to be very clean and have nothing bad to say about it at all. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Friendly Staff, very clean.
Construction made distance seem further from main attractions.
Would recommend highly if you don't mind the drive to local attractions. Was well worth the price.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also nice to stay where you were not disturbed by your neighbors. The beds are very comfortable.
Everything was great. If they keep the hotel this clean from now on I will return.

The room was spaciious. The bedding was very comfortable. The hotel seemed fairly new.
The staff was efficient but not friendly.
The hotel is very close to the interstate, but far from Gatlinburg. This was fine for our purposes. If you want to spend a lot of time in Gatlinburg, you should choose a hotel nearer to that local. The is a great deal of road construction on 66 which connects to Gatlinburg. The exterior and interior were in new condition and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very clean, quiet (completely booked and we felt like we had the hotel to ourselves), tastefully decorated. Felt safe.
Nothing negative.
Great place to stay!! My daughter and I stayed one night and I felt very safe with just us girls!! Very quiet. Beds comfy. Clean and tastefully decorated. Seemed like a new hotel. We used the indoor pool, small but we had it to ourselves and loved it!! The breakfast exceeded my expectations, biscuits, gravy, eggs, pastries, cereal, very satisfying. I would recommend this hotel.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and breakfast was nice.
Pool chlorine level too high.
Excellent bargain for the price. Worth much more! Super comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious room with small sofa sitting area, microwave and mini fridge. Newer hotel, well maintained. Free full breakfast with many selections.
