Convenient to Kings Island, 60 second check-in, clean spacious upscale rooms, nice throughout entire hotel.

Though our room was perfect, the following morning we could smell smoke by our door entry though we were in and surrounded by non- smoking rooms..

Very comfy beds and soft fluffy towels.
Pool was small.

Two queen beds and a pullout couch for a great price. Fit our 5 person family, very comfortably. Really nice to all fit into one room. It was clean, nice sheets and towels, comfy beds, and very close to Kings Island, restaurants, and shopping. Continental breakfast was good. The pool was small but nice.

This hotel is near Kings Island. We were able to leave Kings Island for the afternoon, rest, and go back.
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

This hotel is a good place for a family to stay if you're going to Kings Island. It is only about 5 minutes away. We did not swim in the pool but it looked nice. The breakfast bar is good, with hot items, but very crowded from 7:30-9:00. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable except the sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable and when we opened it there was what looked like shredded cheddar cheese on the sheet. The hotel staff gave us another sheet but did not offer to do anything else about it. Overall, this is a good place to stay if you're family is going to Kings Island. read more

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Pool was located in a safe area in view of front desk.
Pool was a bit small.

Hotel was very clean. Continental breakfast was excellent. Smoking policy is strictly enforced. Keeps rooms smelling clean. Staff was great! Pool was small. Do not chose this hotel based on the pool. Really close to Kings Island. Very simple to get to the park from hotel. Great choice around.

The room and staff were AWESOME.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and the location made it very convenient for all the local attraction. I HIGHLY recommend Comfort Suites!

Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space in 2 Queen room.
Lampshade was dirty.

Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was ok. Hotel room was very comfortable and had more than enough space; however, there were a few things in the room that appeared dirty. If I was to be in the area again, I would probably return to Comfort Suites.

The heated pool. The breakfast, the location to Kings Island.
Too much chlorine in the pool.

We really liked the location. It was very close to Kings Island. The family enjoyed the breakfast bar. We would probably stay there again in the future.
