Comfort Suites Memphis

The area was safe and secure. The breakfast was plentiful and filling. Even my picky teen was able to find something to eat! Everyone was polite and friendly. The hotel was clean and neat. We had a suite, and it was worth it to have my own space and TV. There's so much to do in Memphis that we never had time for the pool but it looked great. This was a good place to stay.

Fitness area disgusting, pool and hot tub very nice,--never felt safe there--good breakfast but ran out quickly and waffle maker broken first day, bed comfortable, remote broken--Some helpful staff, some not--I'd say it's a little hit or miss but your car is not safe there and the police were there for a couple of fights--would not stay there again.

We would stay here again. Could use some updating, but overall very comforable and suitable.

You will love this place. Spacious rooms, great location, east access to Interstate 40!

The hotel room was a complete wreck. The tub had water in the bottom of it and stuff floating in it. It was a non smoking room, but it reaked of stale cigarettes. I never walked around barefoot in the room because of how unclean it was.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was just like home, so comfortable. Couch and chair were older style, but clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best we'd ever had.

Overall a good stay at this hotel. The pull out bed needed to be replaced but our two young kids didn't seem to mind. Otherwise it was a convenient location and for the most part clean.

I would stay here again and recommend the motel.

While at hotel, another guest had their service van broken into and tools taken. The service van was parked front of the main entrance to hotel. Floor lamp in room could use the bulb socket tighted. The ceiling fan in room was making a noise and shaking for it was a little loose at the ceiling connection. Over all the hotel was not too bad, but was not what we expected.
