Description of Comfort Suites Miamisburg
Located on the south side of Dayton across from Dayton Mall and near many restaurants. Room amenities include-high speed Internet access, seating area with sleeper sofa, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, 2 phones with 2 separate lines, and cable with in-room movies. Hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast, USA Today newspaper, indoor pool and fitness room. Two room suites available with whirlpool. All Comfort Suites are smoke free. Guests paying by cash: 150.00 deposit required at check-in refundable at check-out upon room inspection. read more

Did not care for the small pillows.

Very roomy and comfortable. Nice for small families. Did not have time to try pool or breakfast. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

The room was clean and the king bed comfortable.

The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The continental breakfast was well prepared with plenty of selections including fresh fruit.

Clean large room with the bonus of a sofa sleeper in an alcove.

Convenient to the Dayton Mall; exceptionally friendly front desk personnel; Good value! Excellent complimentary breakfast that included hard boiled eggs and bacon one morning and waffles and/or sausage gravy and biscuits another day, in addition to the usual fare.

Stayed here before. Place has been done over. In much better condition.
Small bathroom.

Would stay here again. Pleasant surprise from last stay.

The staff served our every need, extra towels, pillow cases, etc.
Bathroom was not clean, bedside light did not work, and a dirty blanket keeping a storage closet door open beside swimming pool for two straight days.

Not a great place to stay with a family of six. With a little attention to some safety and cleanliness issues, this hotel would be okay for business or overnight stays.

Clean and good breakfast.
No complaints.

Hotel was easily accessible from the highway, also inside. It was clean and the people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. All-around good value.
