The San Antonio International Airport, Six Flags, Fiesta Texas, The Alamo, The Riverwalk and downtown San Antonio within minutes. Deluxe suites with separate living room and bedroom. All suites offer free wired/wireless high-speed Internet access, refrigerator, microwave, iron/board, hair dryer, coffee maker and alarm clock. Free deluxe continental breakfast. Clean, courteous staff and comfortable.

The hotel was easy to find even though it sets off of the access road to Loop 410. The rooms were immaculate and being able to get a hot breakfast especially with younger children was fantastic. The staff was prompt with any request and were very friendly. Great place to stay!

Very clean, smoke-free, kid friendly and great staff.

liked it all.

Great location. It is close to everything. The room was spacious and clean and the indoor pool was amazing. The breakfast was pretty good, especially the waffles. We will stay here again.

I liked the big room and the layout of the room and hot tube.
I
asked for wake up call and did not get it one time.

The pool area is real nice, the breakfast room needed more attention people were nice and friendly.

Great hot breakfast, clean, suite, friendly staff.
Low water heat,
no water
on the last day.

The hotel was very nice except for water issues. The temperature of the water was not very hot the entire time. Also, the last evening and next morning, there was not water at all. We could not shower, wash hands, or flush toilet. I am seeking a reimbursement for one night for both rooms.

We liked the arrangement of the rooms and we loved the comfortable beds. We would certainly stay again.
The only complaint I have is the mattress on the hide-a-bed in the living room.

We were extremely happy with our suite,the staff, and the service. We never had to ask for anything. It was always already there.

Its location and comfort.
When we returned after the day at Sea world someone had lowered the temperature to 60 degrees. Not good when you are cold, wet, and tired.

Comfortable hotel for a short vacation. Maybe a little over priced.

Had elevator & when food available decent breakfast provided.
Room, price, indoor pool cold, staff unavailability.

For this hotel being recently built staff knowledge poor, manager unavailable, indoor pool problems, room size small for double bed suite, had to contact staff for breakfast item restocking during entire time of breakfast serving period.
