We are located just 1 block from the Peoria Sports Complex, home of MLB Spring Training Camps. 6 mi from Univ of Phoenix stadium and Jobing.com arena. Free deluxe continental breakfast with make your own hot waffles. Heated outdoor pool, hot tub and meeting facilities are located on the premises. Spacious suites are equipped with refrigerators, microwaves and sofa sleepers. A variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment areas are nearby. Our friendly staff looks forward to your visit. Allowed us to keep our cat with us.
Loud music from the meeting room right below our room.

We stayed here while our A/C was being repaired, and it was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We were able to keep our cat with us, which saved us on boarding charges. Our only complaint was the loud music coming from the meeting room directly below our suite on Saturday night. Fortunately we didn't have to get up early on Sunday, but it could have been a deal-breaker. read more

Very nice staff and clean hotel.
The air conditioner was loud.

Other than that, the staff was very polite and the room was very neat and clean.
