Easy to find and in a location near an event we were attending.
The toilet in my room (handicapped room) wobbled on the floor as did the one in my son's room.
I was very disappointed in this Comfort Inn. In the past I have chosen Comfort Inns because of their consistency of quality. The handicapped room in which I stayed was definitely poor quality. The toilet rocked and presented a safety hazard. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries plus the lighting was poor. The ice machine on the first floor where our rooms were located was out of order and we had to go to the third floor for ice. Check in was slow as there was only one person at the front desk and he had to stop several times to answer the phone. There was not an attendant in the breakfast room to keep tables clean and items stocked. Also, the key cards did not work on the side door closest to our rooms. read more

Very friendly front desk staff. Lovely continental breakfast.
Bathtub was extremely high for elderly people to enter/exit. AC unit had a musty smell, however, we bought room spray and it helped.
Lovely continental breakfast. Nice variety of items. Quiet hotel and the staff was most kind to my elderly parents (88 & 82 yrs. of age). The placed us in a 1st floor room near a side door with many Disabled parking spaces. It helped! Very friendly front staff personnel, esp. the young girl who checked us in. Very sweet and knowledgeable.

Moderate hotel, convenient location, great for a single-night budget conscious stay.

Sofa bed in room.
Small breakfast area.
We have 8 children and at any given time travel with up to 6 children at one time. Since we can't afford 2 rooms, we leave a couple children home with their grandparents. The sofa bed in the room, plus the queen size beds allowed us to have a comfortable night sleep. We have two babies that still sleep in our bed, so we were able to spread out a bit.

Hotel room had a slight odor.
The breakfast was decent. You had the choice of waffles, oatmeal, juice, and bagels. The hotel staff was nice. The hotel room was suppose to have HBO, but it was not working. The hotel room also had a slight odor. It was great to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

Rooms were very large, beds comfortable, continental breakfast great and staff was friendly.
I was extremely pleased with this hotel. Upon entering our room I was very delighted with how spacious the room was. It had 10-12 ft ceilings, mini living room with couch, coffee & end tables, desk & chair. Also the microwave, coffee maker and mini frig were nice. The beds were very nice and comfortable with down comforters(comforters had covers on them for easy cleaning, so you know, and also you could see, that they were clean, nice job!) The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family! read more
