The staff was wonderful, very helpful.
The noise level in the pool room (due to low ceilings ect.) was very high. It gave me a headache.

The hotel overall was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was great. They didn't seem overwhelmed at all by a single mom and four excited little girls showing up! The breakfast area needs more tables to accommodate the number of guests and the pool area is noisier than it has to be, but despite those things, we enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend this hotel to others. We will definitely stay with this chain again. read more
