Our 100 percent Non-Smoking Comfort Suites is less than 2 years old opened in Summer of 2006 with easy access to IH 35 and just minutes away from Texas State University, Prime and Tanger Outlets, and newly constructed San Marcos Conference Center. Schlitterbahn is just 15 miles, and downtown Austin is just 26 miles. Hotel has interior corridors, elevator, business center, meeting room, guest laundry, exercise room, and outdoor pool. All spacious and elegantly furnished suites have a sofa sleeper, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/board, desk, 30-inch flat screen TV with HBO and over 60 channels. 24 hour Free high speed and wireless internet access, Free 24 hour coffee in the lobby, and free full hot breakfast daily. Courteous staff, good location.

I take my grandkids on a trip every year, this year they said they liked the new hotel and want to come back yearly. We liked the microwave and small fridge in the room. This hotel met our needs and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Clean and new. Great beds!
Breakfast area a little small

Great place to stay in the San Marcus area. Very new, clean, and queen beds (not those nasty full-size units), convenient to great San Marcus restaurants and the river. Fairly close to the Prime & Tangers Outlets too. I'll stay here again.

Beds were very comfortable.
Very limited equipment for exercise but at least had some.

This hotel was very nice. Room was ready early, staff was very friendly. Coffee in lobby all day, nice breakfast choices for continental breakfast. Easy access to Texas State - the reason for our trip. Good experience.

Clean and the comforters/pillows were excellent.

Very nice hotel, the bedding was great and the hotel as a whole was very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Pool & breakfast area pretty small.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was small but quality for free brakfast was good. The room was a little pricy for a 2 star, but worth it with size of the room. Would recommend.
