The management cares about only one thing: profit. They had manipulated the air conditioner settings so it was impossible to be comfortable. It kept shutting on and off every 10 minutes, making a loud noise that woke me up all through the night. When I complained, they told me nothing could be done. The hot tub and pool were a big turn off. They need to be cleaned more regularly.

There was some confusion on my reservation. The staff did not verify someone who checked in under my Name. I only hope that my bill does not reflect this mistake. Although I am worried about the payment, the hotel was convenient in location and expense.

Convenient access to downtown Santa Fe. Located near stores and restaurants. Reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet. Nice pool and hot tubs. Rooms are clean.
