The rooms were comfortable and inviting.
The hotel staff seemed confused and unprofessional.

Clean, has good comfortable bed. Business friendly.
Lobby area was very small. Not much business center offered.
This hotel is in a good location to public transportation and is good for business trips that will offer you a good night sleep. Not a place to entertain. Not a place to vacation. Just good hotel for business traveling in and out.

The front desk staff, they all were wonderful.
Location from Metro.
Hotel was nice, but a bit further from Metro than expected. I traveled alone and was a bit nervous at times.

Burger king next door
and great Italian restaurant.
Room had an unusual odor/food odor. Slow draining sink.
Overall OK, staff was not very friendly, didn't clean room
and make up bed the next day. Room had a unusual food odor at night & the bathroom sink didn't drain. Had unhappy costumers waiting in the lobby several times arguing with the staff.

It was in a safe neighborhood.
The $20.00 a night parking was ridiculous! You pay for the room, you should be able to park for free!

Comfortable bed, easy access to public transportation.
No continental breakfast. TV had a bad speaker.
Overall for the price it was good. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Only a block from public transportation. We stayed two nights. Restaurants close by.

Clean, straightforward and convenient to Metro.
The second floor hallway and the room on this floor reeked of cooking oil from the restaurant downstairs that is independent from the hotel.

Wonderful access to the metro and restaurants/shops. Great pillows.
Carpet inside the entry door was badly stained.
Excellent facility for the price as the area is well situated, and surrounding businesses meet all the likely needs of travelers.
