The $20.00 a night parking was ridiculous! You pay for the room, you should be able to park for free!

Clean, straightforward and convenient to Metro.
The second floor hallway and the room on this floor reeked of cooking oil from the restaurant downstairs that is independent from the hotel.

I guess.
The hotel staff treat me as if
I was using a coupon for a free hotel night, it was very uncomfortable.
The staff is not polite, they do not have security at the hotel. They did not change my bed for the 2 days
I was there, nor my towels.

The hotel was close to the metro in DC and several good restaurants.
The room overall was way too small and the pillows were very uncomfortable.
The hotel was in a great location but overall it was small and seemed outdated.

Nice room.
$20 for parking when street parking was free.
$20 for parking when street parking is free on the weekend at a meter. Clerk at checkout was a bit cold.

Economy, convenient and clean. Very close to Metro. Only about 20 minutes on Subway to the Metro Centre and Chinatown. Hope to see the smiling face and receive warm regards from the staff there. What I saw was bold faces.

Not too expensive.
Minor water issues. No hot water even after tap turned on for a while.
Place was okay for its price. Parking area is accessible from outside side streets so not as secure as I would have liked. Only real issue I had was with the hot water. I turned on the hot water for a *long* time and the water was cold. Had to leave it even longer before it got warm enough to shower with. Free internet and two computers in the lobby for those without laptops are also nice. read more

Overall good and easy to commute Washington D.C. inner parts.
The place is somewhat busy traffic roads and not much hotel available for food nearby.
Good and economy stay.
