Comfortable bed, easy access to public transportation.
No continental breakfast. TV had a bad speaker.
Overall for the price it was good. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Only a block from public transportation. We stayed two nights. Restaurants close by.

Wonderful access to the metro and restaurants/shops. Great pillows.
Carpet inside the entry door was badly stained.
Excellent facility for the price as the area is well situated, and surrounding businesses meet all the likely needs of travelers.

Close to Subway and good breakfast place next to the subway entrance.
There were no shower caps in the bathroom.
The hotel was good for the purpose we needed. A place to sleep, not necessarily a place to spend a lot of time. The room was neat, the bathroom was stocked with more than enough towels. It would have been nice to supply shower gel (they did have shampoo, conditioner and body lotion). The rooms facing Connecticut Avenue were quiet during the weekend nights but noisy during week nights. read more

Nicely update guest rooms!
$20/day parking charge!!!
The hotel was nothing fancy, but a great place to stay. The room was clean and well updated, I felt as if we were the first people to stay there! The common area was nothing special, yet was clean. I was disappointed that there was a $20/ day parking charge for hotel guests.

Location to metro station, clean, in nice neighborhood.
Thin walls, could hear shower, etc from next room and housekeeping in the hall.
The Connecticut Street Days Inn was in a average neighborhood in DC, a short distance from Chevy Chase Maryland. It was only 1 1/2 blocks from the metro station. Parking costs $20 a day, but we parked our car when we checked in and knew it was safe until we checked out. The desk staff helped us understand the metro system and was very polite and helpful. Our room was small but very clean and the bed was comfy. I would stay there in the future. read more

Location.
Bathroom sink and tub/shower not 100%.
This is convenient location in DC to metro - the bathroom needed work.
