The room is a little bit small, and only has one layer of curtain.

Location, location, location.
No pool or fitness center
Located a block and a half from the metro. Had good parking. The attendants at the desk were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the hotel was generally quiet.

Good location.
Poor plumbing - 10 minutes for hot water, slow drains.
Renovations in progress at hotel (lots of noise during day until 6 pm, water turned off midday for 2 hours). Strange circuits - Hallway switch also connected to bedside table outlet (to have light/clock on at bedside had to have hallway light on). Renovations are face-lift only. Poor plumbing-slow drains, took 5-10 minutes to get hot water to bathtub. Staff friendly.

Convenient to universities, economical, clean.
I've stayed 2 times at this hotel, and both times I have experience unfriendly front desk personal.
I visit way very often due to son in university and I have stayed in many hotels, this is the most economical, it¿s clean and location is great. Just wish it had a restaurant.
