Great service from start to finish. Clean rooms and lovely too.
Not given room category reserved. When front desk manager promised to check and reply, he avoided us for duration instead.

Top notch service from the minute you step in. Very clean hotel. Comfortable rooms with top of the line design and appointments. Few hotels achieve what the Conrad has been able to maintain consistently. Would recommend in an instant.

Overall service level, hotel amenities, executive lounge, room amenities.
One particular reception agent was particularly inadequate and uninformed. Albeit with a good personality.

Had the pleasure of dealing with the staff and privileges on the executive levels. Absolutely impeccable. From checking, to guided tour of the room, to fixing a hitch, to checkout -- nothing could have been better. Room itself left nothing to be desired. Hotel facilities outstanding. Highly recommended, without reservation.
