Great service from start to finish. Clean rooms and lovely too.
Not given room category reserved. When front desk manager promised to check and reply, he avoided us for duration instead.

Top notch service from the minute you step in. Very clean hotel. Comfortable rooms with top of the line design and appointments. Few hotels achieve what the Conrad has been able to maintain consistently. Would recommend in an instant.
