It is a beautiful hotel with good location.

Excellent location. The hotel is connected to Nordstrom's on North Michigan Avenue; the beginning of The Magnificent Mile. It is very convenient. You can walk to the John Hancock Building within 15 minutes. The Trump Hotel within 10 minutes. Great shopping area and many good restaurants around the hotel.

Everything was great- above average size room, large bathroom with great toiletries, complementary items water bottles, comfortable bed and nice linens front desk staff and conceirge were very helpful. complementary papers- 3 different one. Very accomodating.

I enjoyed the contemporary design and friendly staff. The rooms were very large as well. I would have paid twice as much for this room.
I wish they had free internet, but other than that it was great.

Great hotel and
great location. I have zero complaints and cannot believe the low price we were able to book it at and the quality of hotel we received in return. I am very impressed with the hotel staff and how accommodating and friendly they are. I have been telling all my friends about this hotel and Priceline.

Very close to shopping and dining.
I hate the cover hotel beds. The weight of the cover is my issue and there was not any other cover to chose from.

The hotel was very easy to get to. Very comfortable except for linen on bed. Close to all shopping and dining. This is our second stay here and we'll would not hesitate to stay here again.
