I felt very secure with their pass-card operated elevators.
The room, while luxurious, felt cramped and didn't strike me as a productive working room.

The staff was excellent - every time I had to contact them, which was often because my room was not properly attended by housekeeping. Either it was dirty mugs for coffee left behind, or the removal of the ashtray so I would have to call down for another, something just a little missed every day. I would say that this is probably an excellent choice for romantic travelers, single wandering travelers who enjoy a great bed when on the road, but not - as was my case - for people traveling for a convention like Gen Con where they intend to meet with and mingle with a friend group. Having guests over to my room even to get things from the room made it feel all the more cramped and crowded than the 3 chairs and a couch (right beside the bed no less) already did. read more

Beautiful lobby, marvelous chandelier, A+.
No real moderate place to eat, more upscale as are the prices!

Wonderful style place, fabulous rooms large and comfortable, bed best we have slept on at a hotel. Staff very helpful all made it a wonderful stay. It is now our place to stay in Indianapolis hands down and we have stayed at many others down town Indy.

Great staff, great decor, room was very nice.
Nothing to tell.

Downtown Indy. Close to everything, shopping, sports and great resturants. Capitol Grill in Hotel was very good. Room service was prompt and good. Staff was very attentative.

Extremely plush rooms did not want to leave.
I honestly cannot think of anything.

This was a very plush hotel with flat screens in each bathroom and a huge 42" in the living space, easy location and great staff. It was as if I stepped into a different city even though I live here. I will certainly be back for another weekend getaway some time soon! 5 Stars!

Very nice and new roomsand clean.
The food from the restaurant and room service was the worst,
I have had. They need people that now how to cook and for how long.

This hotel is close to resturants (outside of the hotel) so you can eat good food and is close to conference center for business and is very clean.
