Decent location.
Filthy rooms. No glass in window, replaced by cardboard. No stars at all.
Hotels in 3rd world countries are far better. The place was unsafe, filthy, filled with alcoholics or addicts. Room had a broken window, which had been replaced by cardboard. It was depressing when
I got in the room. Fortunately the weather was nice, and
I only used the room to sleep. It would have being unimaginable to spend half hour in the room with my eyes open.

The location.
It was well maintained, and very unattractive.
I was very disappointed with the hotel, as my last trip before this one was very satisfactory, and pleasant. I believe it was in Wisconsin.

Nothing.
No amenities, poor location, room not clean, no towels or wash rags and no shampoo.
It was not a very good experience. I will never return to there or Miami Airport. No proper shuttle service.

The location is the only decent thing about this hotel.
Extremely poor up keep.
Truthfully, the health department needs to inspect this facility. It is an extremely old building that is in desperate need of a make over. I literally thought to myself " you have got to be kidding me ", when I walked into the lobby. I realize that it's an older building, but wow! I thought surely it's required to maintain a certain level of maintenance to be in operation, but apparently not. Every aspect of the place is unacceptable. The place stinks, the walls are stained,the carpet is torn, the beds sink in, there is no cable TV, the furniture looks like something out of little house on the prairie. The place is falling apart. Close to airport.
Small rooms.
Great for one night stays, very small rooms, but very friendly staff and price is very good.
