Breakfast, coffee, location, bus tour, tour provision and staff for time share information.
There was no answering machine for incoming call. No internet option in room for access. Room carpet was dirty.

Overall there was ok stay. No other problem.

Proximity to Disneyworld.
Hotel tacked on an additional "resort charge", even though the room was supposed to be paid in full.

Accommodations were fair for a one night stay. Room had all the basics. However the overall appearance was a bit shabby.

The television worked.
Bugs in the tub, food under bed.

This hotel was awful, complained to the front desk Manager he did not care, did not offer another room to us, rooms smelled musty. There was silverfish in the bathtub and food under the bed. Overall, it was a bad experience and a bad choice of hotel.

Horrible customer service. Not honoring call-ahead request.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. I called ahead weeks in advance and requested a non-smoking room. My son got sick on the way to Florida and by the time we reached the hotel, he was vomiting violently. As I was trying to check in the young girl working the desk barely looked up from her cell phone conversation. She only put her call on hold to give me directions to the room. When I tried to ask her a question, she acted frustrated with me for interrupting her call. I was the second person in line and there were 3 people behind me all waiting to check in and she never hung up her cell phone. When we got to the room and realized it was smoking, we immediately called down to the front desk as my son could barely stand the smoke, and she pretty much said "no other rooms available" and hung up the phone. read more

Clean room with decent furnishings and paint.
Extra surcharge at check in ¿ unexpected.

Room was clean and had decent furnishing for this star level. Not enough tables at breakfast and lines were long. Convenient to Disney. I would rate it 1 1/2 star if that were an option.

The breakfast left something to be desired. The hours it was served were very limited. No tops for cups.
