Love that it is a small apartment.
No dishes or utensils in kitchen.

This is a great place to stay, with suites that are really small, one bedroom apartments. Excellent location. A quarter block walk to the bay. Shopping center right across the street. It is the place we like to stay in when traveling to the East Bay.

Great location to where I needed to be. SPACIOUS rooms!

I really liked this hotel since it was right across the street from where I needed to be. The fact that it had a small kitchen area was great since I was traveling with my kids and didn't have to dine out for every meal was awesome. Staff was great friendly and even took time to point out Alameda attractions.

Close to Alameda downtown and beach.
Unfriendly front desk staff member.

My room had a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a gas stove and a microwave. In the hallway, there was water coming from the wall, and so there was a little puddle on the floor. The girl at the front desk was very unfriendly. When we entered the lobby and said good morning to her, she did not even look at us.

Room, kitchenette, mini fridge.
Noisy neighbors.

Hotel was fairly nice and close to major mall, also had Safe way nearby. The down side was on Thursday night had fairly loud neighbors. The pool was not heated.

The room is very spacious and hotel staff was very helpful.
The floor was dirty though, snack pieces were left on the floor.

There was a kitchen in our room, fully equipped, but unfortunately we did not get to use it. The breakfast was simple, staff was friendly and helpful, wish that the ethernet cable was provided.

liked the surrounding area.
Doesn't look finished.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The
TV was out of date and old. The paint job in the room wasn't done. It wasn't comfortable at all being a suite,
I expected there to be dishes already there for us to cook with like the Residence Inn. There were no plants in the room like the pictures showed. It wasn't comfortable or cozy at all. It was really clean though.
