Located very close to Happy Valley.
The back of the hotel faces a cemetery so all the windows on that side are frosted out.
Your experience in this hotel will be entirely determined by which side of the hotel your room is on. The entire back half of the hotel faces a cemetery and the full-sized windows in each room are frosted out entirely to prevent you from seeing it.

Free shuttle bus.
Isolated location, small room, no window.
The clean lady did not change our amenities everyday, and we need to ask for the new toothbrush and soap every evening. Room was extremely small with no window, very dark inside. The location is also far from any subway station, need to walk at least 10~15 min. to the nearest station.

We appreciated the email from the hotel with details of the airport coach transfer option.
The hardest most uncomfortable beds in the world! Not a 4 star property, maybe 3 stars.
For a two night Hong Kong stopover the hotel was okay, a short walk to Times Square Shopping Center for transport options. The bedding was disappointing (hard/small/no extra pillows) after a long flight from the US. The lack of bottled water in the room - unless requested from housekeeping was disappointing - given the local tap water was undrinkable.

Cleanliness.
Small room, no comforts, no lounge area, tiny bar area in lobby.
Ideal hotel for business people. Absolutely no comforts for the tourist, no sitting area to relax, tiny bedrooms (standard), breakfast was not included in cost and was expensive although quite good. Windows were frosted as they overlooked a graveyard so feeling was that of confinement. Would not recommend for families or tourists.

The staff was friendly and the location was fairly good.
The windows are frosted to prevent a view of the Chinese cemetery behind the hotel.
While modern with a friendly staff, the Cosmopolitan is a little more of a walk to the MTR subway station than you'd want to do on a muggy Hong Kong day. It is convenient for taxis and for the Times Square shopping area, though. The price is 4-star but the hotel is 3-star.

Very clean and neat. Everything looked like it was brand new. Staff very friendly.
Block-out on the room windows and because it is a small room it makes it feel even smaller. Still a reasonable size for Hong Kong.
I will stay here anytime now that I know what to expect. I expected too much when I arrived and was a bit disappointed with the size of the room and the fact that the windows facing to the back was blocked out. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Causeway Bay MTR but the bus service from the hotel is excellent so no need to walk.

Provided shuttles to MTR station.
Small rooms, right next to highway, too noisy!
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are small and right next to the highway so it is impossible to sleep at night. The lobby is unimpressive and the elevators are old and slow.

Too far from the main attractions, rooms are too small, shower is too small.
This hotel does not deserve 4 star, it should only be 3 star.
