The food and atmosphere was 4 or 5 stars.
From the thieves that cleaned my room to people at the counter were bad.

I had multiple bad service experience at the hotel. I would not recommend this place to my worsted enemy. That's unfortunate because the hotel was beautiful. You have nothing without service.
