Our hotel is a three story concrete building with elevator in the center of the building. We have a beautiful indoor pool with beach like artwork on the wall, we also have a meeting room which can accomdate 100 people. read more

The location.
The condition of the interior and pool.

Very loud and too many pets barking. After finding the pool entrance behind a fallen down curtain, it was full of couches and TV's obviously no water. Restaurant employees from the attached restaurant were smoking something like crack or pot under our balcony window.

It was convenient to local attractions.
It was old and a bit unkempt.

For the money, it was just a little short of what I expected. Decent hotel for budget conscious traveler.

I would not recommend staying here. It is dirty and not well kept. They allow "residents" to sit outside in hotel chairs and accumulate what appeared to be 100s of beer cans. There was trash in the elevator, which I feared wouldn't it make it to my fourth floor room. The room itself wasn't completely bad, but there were some stains on the floor and older looking decor. Room was mostly clean, but furniture was worn and cobwebs were visible. Unless you need a place ultra cheap (which was why I went there), I wouldn't recommend it. read more

The lady at the front desk was very friendly
The ad for the hotel was very deceiving!!!!!!

when I booked my hotel room, it said there was a swimming pool, when I got there,there was no pool and the lady at the desk said they have never had a pool!!!!!

It was very dirty had to buy cleaning supplies. Plus no towels

Matter of fact it needs to be closed by the health Dept. Air Cond leak could not walk on carpet. It had roachs. Plan and simple it was just bad.
