Family Traveling with Young Children

Friendly staff, excellent indoor pool, good value, clean.
None.
My family enjoyed the hotel and the kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff was accommodating when we needed to change rooms for a different bed size. The rooms were clean and quiet. We have had consistent positive experiences at Country Inns and Suites. It was a good value for a clean, quiet hotel that served basic leisure travel needs. Would definitely stay again when we pass through Cartersville, GA. read more

Can't really think of anything to brag about.
Dirty, noisy, inadequate staffing and in need of repairs.
This hotel did not by any means meet my expectations. Upon arrival there was no one at the desk and two other people waiting in front of me. After about 5-10 minutes the desk clerked arrived. She was very nice, but she was the only one working trying to handle all aspects of registration and complaints. The room we were assigned to was a on the smoking floor and the smell was terrible just stepping off the elevator. When we opened the room door the first thing we noticed was that the bed was not even made! I told the girl at the desk and she did finally give us another room. The carpet in the room was horrific! I was afraid to sit on the couch because it was stained just as bad. My daughter went to take a shower and could not get any hot water. I tried to adjust the shower and the handle fell off. read more
