My girlfriends and I were greeted by people who were happy that we were happy and were very helpful.
I can't think of a thing.
The front porch with rocking chairs is very inviting. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast and eating area was very nice. Our room was clean and inviting, as was our bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi looked great, but we didn't have time to enjoy it because of our meeting. Plenty of parking spaces. We loved it!

Loved the lit candles at check-in desk, cozy common areas, clean guest laundry and well-appointed room.
Location next to I64 very convenient but also not particularly attractive.
I spent the night at Country Inn and Suites in Charleston, West Virginia on September 29 passing through to Charlottesville, Virginia. As a female traveling alone, safety as well as convenience to traveler services was important to me. Country Inn and Suites far exceeded my expectations (which are very high)! Lobby was so cozy and inviting, common areas clean and well-kept (in fact, pool was glistening - shame no one was using it!) and my room was dare I describe it as plush. Despite location adjacent to I64 (great for on/off), noise in my room was minimal and I slept soundly, comfortably and safely. Would return and recommend! read more

There was a two room suite that offered privacy.
Desk clerk was not available to check me in for 5 min.
This is a clean and comfortable hotel. I enjoyed the two room suite, but thought that the desk clerk's service was quite slow.

Very strong, floral scent in room that bothered me a lot.
Very clean with nice indoor pool and hot tub. Great place without frills.

The hotel was clean and in a good location to the interstate.
This hotel is great for a quick economical stay. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. This is not the Ritz, but it is a good hotel.

The front desk clerk graciously upgraded us to a suite.
The wireless internet access didn't work.
Nice.
