The quietness in the rooms. The friendliness at the front desk!
The shower tub was very slick and narrow with nothing to hold on to.

We were very pleased with the service of the front desk. From the moment we entered the lobby, she made us feel welcome! I would highly recommend this hotel for others, but the slick showers need revamped. Someone is going to fall, and I thought it would be me! The rooms were extremely quiet and dark. Perfect for getting a great night sleep. Even the beds were comfortable. I will definitely be a return customer! Thank you! read more

Had to change rooms 3 times.

We had to change rooms 3 times and got a room with another family already in it. There were people smoking pot near the elevator on the first floor. Other than that it was okay.

Were booked smoking rooms by default.

Were booked smoking rooms by default and hallways smelled as if most rooms were smoking. Only way to get non-smoking was to upgrade to King Suite.

Staff was friendly and compassionate.
No vents in bathroom, no refrigerator in room.

Swimming pool was clean and had extra towels. Breakfast was convenient and good. Staff was friendly, helpful & compassionate. Overall, We would stay there again on our trip to Ohio.

The staff was friendly and my room was clean quite.

The hotel was very nice, the location was easy to find and it was next to a strip mall which made it easy to shop and eat.

Convenient to where we wanted to go in Columbus; clean.
Originally put us in a smoking room and charged us to upgrade to non-smoking.

Our experience here was pleasant, other than having to pay extra for a nonsmoking room. The room was clean, as were the lobby and breakfast area. Nothing spectacular, but a good value.
