All of the hotel staff was very nice and that was very much appreciated.
The breakfast could have been better. The waffle makers didn't work well and on the Saturday that I stayed there was no sausage or scrambled eggs.

Overall this is a solid, nice hotel. There was a broken curtain in my room, but the staff was always very friendly. The location was great. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Mall of America. I thought the hotel shuttle to the Mall of America was very beneficial after driving from Kansas City, MO for 7 hours.

Stayed over due to weather - Snow storm. It was very busy and there was only one desk clerk. Otherwise, no problems.

The beds were the most comfortable. It is near airport.

We had a king size bed and the bed had one of those down type mattress toppers and the bedding was so soft. I was by far the best night's sleep I have ever had in a motel room. They had continental style breakfast in the morning which was very nice also. Highly recommended.

I liked that a continental breakfast was served every morning.
I would have preferred a sit down restaurant attached to the hotel.

Overall a nice hotel, the pool area was never crowded, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was not overcrowded.

The staff was very accomodating with directions, and comfort.
Wish the rooms all the mini fridges.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The contintental breakfast offered was very nice.

The location was good for us. We took HWY 55 downtown the Vikings Football Game and made it in less then 20 min. We said that we want to stay here next year.
