The staff were very accommodating.
A little rundown, the bedskirt was ripped and the room hadn't been well cleaned.

While the staff was very accommodating and the lobby welcoming, the pool was small and only 3 feet deep, the room hadn't been cleaned well, since there were still bottle caps under the beds and a bedskirt had a huge rip in it. Shortcuts are obviously being made. They also charged me for a rollaway that was like sleeping in a bowl. Possibly that's what once expects of a two-star hotel, but I requested a two-and-a-half or three, and this is what I got. read more

Convenient location very accomadiating staff.
Floors were very creaky & beds were firm.

In all this is a very nice hotel, with a special thank you to one of the managers.

Decor was awful and not aesthetically pleasing.

The desk people were very friendly and there is free parking. The decor is awful and the bed felt like I was sleeping on a board. The TV was old and overall old technology in the room.

Good hotel and locale for money spent.
No coffee for breakfast on the first morning of stay.

Hotel is situated in a good location and is very nice for the cost and level of hotel. Breakfast is little more than continental but not bad.

Great staff at breakfast - right on the ball.
They did not want to meet the price for a friend.

This hotel was nice. The rooms were large with a nice recliner and plenty of floor space. The room was clean and fresh smelling (something I am very strict about). The common areas were in good repair and clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a good experience and I would use it again.
No refrigerator in room. PTAC unit has compressor noise & vibration.

Since I come from the heating & A/C Industry, I would recommend new quarter PTAC units as you replace equipment. Not repair.

The people at the desk were very helpful.
The side parking lot door was not working at that time.

The area was perfect for what my wife and I wanted to do while staying in Indy. During our stay I had to go to the desk and each time they were very helpful as if I was the only one staying there.
