They gave me a coupon to order pizza
No refrigerator in room; was told they had a crib for an infant and got a pack-n-play that I had to erect
Not even close to the 2.5 star hotesl I've stayed in previously. The 3 star I was looking for was full for the night so I bid on a 2.5 star thinking that the Hilton Garden Inn was the only one - not sure how this falls in that category. Had I known what I know now, I would have just paid the stated price to stay at the Hilton. Breakfast wasn't very good either.

Friendly staff, book lending, free papers.
I asked them to bring a baby bed and they left a playpen folded up outside the door.

It was conveniently located.
The shower curtain needs magnets so it doesn't stick to you during your shower.

Very clean, friendly staff.
Air would not stay on. Had to get up several times to turn back on.

They are apparently renovating the hotel. Should improve.
Terrible breakfast. Service was not great.
This hotel is in the middle of a renovation. Pool was empty and apparently they are redoing the rooms. Not very impressive.

Clean.
Very cheaply built. You could hear people walking in hall.
Nice and clean hotel. Cheaply built as you could hear people walking down the hall. The staff was friendly but did not know much about the area. When we asked for a place nearby to eat which was kid-friendly, the desk person recommended an area up the freeway, but there was nothing there. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing great.

Easy access to highway, Downtown Jackson. Had local nearby restaurants and was convenient.
Did not have wireless internet and only realized there was a plug for the internet line when I was packing to leave.
Renovations were in progress, but room was tidy, smelled and looked clean and was wonderfully quiet. Even though next to Highway.

Nothing.
The staff personal was unprofessional and rude.
The experience was so bad, that my family stayed at the Marriott residence inn (losing the money that we paid for this hotel)!

Very accommodating for our needs.
Under construction, lot of broken things like fixtures.
For a one night stay it was okay but the construction left allot to be desired and the hotel had a distinct odor that was not welcoming. The pluses were that the rooms were quiet inside without hearing allot a door slamming or the people next door, etc.
