Nice property, close to main roads.

Nice location, decent building. Room was clean and fairly up-to-date. Seems safe enough - accidentally left a window down on my rental car and nothing inside got touched! Staff courteous and helpful, pointed me to some decent local food (it's mostly chains nearby).

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was convenient and great.
The pool was small for the size of the hotel. They skimped on shampoo, cups, etc. Refrigerator need defrosting badly.

Though the room was short on amenities for a reserved party of five, the staff was quick to provide what was needed. The room was clean, neat and spacious. The pool area was clean, though small. The breakfast area was small, but the staff and selection were great. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Lansing.

No complaints.

This is a nice hotel in a good location for Lansing-west travelers. Everything was well-kept and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Staff was incredibly friendly.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Nice pool area and breakfast. It is also a convenient distance from downtown. Will likely stay at this hotel again.

The counter person was friendly.
The walls, shower and bed spread were dirty.

I wold not recommend staying at this hotel. It was more of a 1 star. There was no refrigerator and the ice machine and vending machines were all located on the first floor. There was no bell hop to take your luggage to your room and I found bed bugs in my sheets.
