The staff at the hotel was excellent over all very satisfied, very clean in a very good place.
Nothing, everything was OK.

The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, excellent staff. Overall I will 100% recommended to family and friends in the future.

I do not remember the star rating, however I would recommend this hotel for any business travel or family hotel. Very good staff and the rooms were very nice and very clean.

The hotel is convenient and in a good location in the business area of Lewisville. Freeways, major shopping malls, restaurants and access to all parts of the greater Dallas area can be made from this location. Despite the access to major through fares, the hotel is quiet.

All the staff from the maid service to manager were very customer friendly and accommodating.
Nothing.

I was very surprised with the attentiveness of all the staff and managers at the hotel. The breakfast was nice and they had cookies all day long. Even the maids were very cordial and asked if we needed anything. Would stay here again. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.
