The pool and its location.
They messed my reservations up.
My reservation was for 2 bed room and
I got one. They ran out of extra blankets and pillows. and valet took about 20 minutes to bring my car around.

Very comfortable beds.
Hallway carpeting on 1st floor looked worn and dirty.
Hotel was very nice - great renovation of historical warehouse spaces. Nice roomy lobby area with great quiet reading room off the lobby. Loved the access to a computer in the lobby. Wonderful breakfast room with great varied choices for breakfast. Outdoor courtyard nice - no chance to try pool due time constraints.

Unique.
No restaurant, just the buffet that is over
at 9:30 am.
Overall friendly staff, room was clean, breakfast ends too early!
I really like the check-in and check-out times.

Unique design of the lobby area.
Exceeded my expectations. I had never stayed at a Country Inn and Suites before and, for whatever reason, did not have high expectations. The location, cleanliness, and service of the hotel was exceptional.

In good repair and attractive.
No hand towels or wash clothes even after being asked.
Attractive hotel, convenient to, but
not actual in the
French Quarter. The staff was not particularly helpful or friendly, but it was pretty and relatively close. Coffee in rooms a plus. Bizarre staggered floor and half-floor elevator layout odd.

The historic building drew my interest. The renovations were beautiful.
The elevators were small, but they probably had to be since this was an old building.
The valet greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The concierge gave us helpful information about the area. The lobby with the large fireplace seemed to capture the ambiance of being in an historic building.

Location to the superdome and French Quarter was great!
Was a little loud but was full!
We definately enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn and Suites. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The best asset was the location. Everything was in walking distance including the superdome, French Quarter and trolley access. The hotel was a little loud, but we were there for the Sugarbowl and the hotel was full of football fans! Overall, a very good experience.
