The staff was so friendly and helpful.
The room keys wouldn't work and the door stuck.

The hotel's common areas and exterior are lovely. Breakfast was very good, considering it was continental and the entire staff was as friendly as could be. On the downside, the bathroom had moldy spots on the ceiling and it took multiple efforts to make the room keys work in the lock. The bed/mattress sloped downward at an angle and was very uncomfortable and the room had extremely outdated decor. read more

I really liked the location of the hotel...it was close to everything.
I felt that the beds were old and wore out. They were too soft and your body sunk into them.

Overall it was a good stay. I stilll think it may have been a little too much money for what we got in return.

The staff was very accomodating.

The staff was great. We were traveling with a baby and they allowed us to check in early and this allowed us to get the baby down for a nap. Its not the nicest Country Inn and Suites but it was comfortable and clean.
