Weren't very interested in making their customer happy.

I am very disappointed about this hotel. Our one bed's sheets weren't even changed. I crawled in not knowing this to crumbs and black hair. It was disgusting! The breakfast area wasn't too clean either. I'm really upset that the management there didn't even try to make up for the room and such. To me, you do whatever it takes to make sure your customers are happy no matter what. They didn't. Won't every stay there again! read more

Friendliness of the staff, I felt welcomed.

This hotel was great for the price. It was in an excellent location. They had a fitness facility, a swimming pool. The room had a microwave and refrigerator and the staff made me feel very welcomed.
